Where exactly in Utrecht Oost is the studio?
On Herculeslaan, between Galgenwaard and Utrecht Science Park. Under ten minutes by bike from most of Oost.
From Rubenslaan and the Watervogelbuurt it is a few minutes. From Wilhelminapark and Oudwijk about ten, and from Lunetten or the city centre roughly fifteen. From Utrecht Science Park it is shorter still, which helps if you are coming between lectures.
By public transport, get off at Galgenwaard — every bus towards Utrecht Science Park stops there. There is bike parking at the door, and street parking is rarely a problem.
Who are these piano lessons for?
Beginners, adults starting again after a long gap, and advanced players working towards an exam or audition.
Oost is full of students and families, and the studio reflects that: children just starting out, Utrecht Science Park students who want to keep playing alongside their degree, and adults picking the instrument back up after twenty years. Every lesson is one to one, so the pace is yours.

How much do piano lessons in Utrecht Oost cost?
A 45-minute lesson costs €40 and a 60-minute lesson €50. The first lesson is free. For students aged 21 and over, 21% VAT is added: €48.40 and €60.50.
The same rates as anywhere else in Utrecht — there is no per-neighbourhood surcharge or discount. You play a real grand piano at the studio; practising on a keyboard at home works fine too.

Can I have lessons on a Saturday?
There is some evening and weekend availability, but those slots fill first. Ask over WhatsApp and you will hear straight away what is open.
